5 Days 100% Money Back Period - No Annoying Questions We Ask!

At Hostinfosys®, we strongly believe that a 5 days period is enough period time to decide, configure and measure all the services provided by Hostinfosys® from all prospectus. As per our payment policy terms, we provide 100% full amount (except internet handling charges of the total billed amount) 5-day money-back guarantee on Managed Shared Hosting, Managed Wordpress Hosting, Managed eCommerce Hosting, and Managed VPS Hosting packages only on the following conditions:

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups)
  • Refunds are excluded setup fee for managed Shared, WordPress, eCommerce, VPS Hosting if charged at the time of purchasing a hosting plan. (normally we don't charge for account setup and hosting plan setup)
  • Refunds do not include the cost of additional services purchased such as WHMCS licenses/license upgrades, domain registration, migrations, dedicated IPs, or other licenses (such as LiteSpeed for VPS).
  • A written request must be submitted separately from the cancellation request within 5 days of cancellation.
  • Refunds are sent within 7-10 (depending on the payment gateway policy you have chosen at the time of purchase) working days of receiving the refund request.
  • Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS or AUP violations.

Domain Registrations/Renewals

Strictly No Refunds On Domain Registration: All domain name registrations and renewals are FINAL. Because we have to pay registry fees on our end we cannot process refunds for these transactions.

In the rare event your domain has a mis-spelling, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can attempt to correct it if it's possible.

On the listed products we do not provide any kind of money refund guarantee or any type of service replacement, however, we transfer a 50% of amount  in your add funds account which you can use to purchase only and only Shared Hosting, Email Hosting, & WordPress Hosting Services. Make a note: VPS Hosting/Server & eCommerce Hosting are not Included.

  • On WHMCS License Purchase.

Late Invoices

We do NOT provide extensions on invoices here at Hostinfosys®.

All invoices should be paid on DUE DATE to avoid immediate account suspension or even account terminations. Accounts not paid by the due date have a 7 day grace period before account is terminated. These invoices are subjected to a 25% late fee that must be paid to reactivate the account.

We will make every attempt possible to contact you 24 hours prior to account termination. Once the account has been terminated ALL data including backups will be removed from our servers and Hostinfosys® will not be responsible to recollect the data you have stored in your account, as there is no provision of recovering for the data once the account is terminated.

Promotional Pricing

Many of our Managed Shared Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting, Managed eCommerce Hosting, and Fully Managed VPS Hosting packages are might be offered by additional discounted prices for First-Time customers, that doesn't mean compulsorily that the same discounts or offers will be applied for the existing customers also.

Besides, All the Hosting packages and Domain's renewal will be renewed at the regular rate.

For the BEST possible pricing, we reward customers for signing up annually (12 months), biennial (24 months), and triennial (36 months).
